A typical wooden chalet, recently built, with a floor area of 80 m², situated in Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400, in the hamlet of Les Près.

The Lou Pitchou chalet enjoys an ideal location in the heart of the hamlet of Les Prés, in Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400. Nestled on the edge of the Écrins National Park, it boasts a superb setting, close to the ski slopes in winter and at the start of numerous hiking trails in summer. An ideal place to enjoy the mountains whatever the season. We welcome guests during the school holidays.
Our chalet, featuring a slate terrace, a balcony, a garden and private parking, is situated on the Chemin de Villaret.
Thanks to its south-east facing position, you’ll enjoy pleasant sunlight throughout the day.
With a floor area of around 80 m², it is spread over two floors, allowing you to enjoy a well-deserved rest after days full of new discoveries. Whether you’re out hiking or on the snow-covered slopes, the landscapes of Puy-Saint-Vincent – such as the Col de la Pousterle, the Montbrison massif and the Pendine – will take your breath away.
The two bedrooms on the upper floor each have a washbasin and toilet in a small separate room.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
